Quote of the Day

Quote of the Day

“It's not enough to have lived. We should be determined to live for something. May I suggest that it be creating joy for others, sharing what we have for the betterment of personkind, bringing hope to the lost and love to the lonely.”
—Dr. Leo Buscaglia (1924-1998); author, professor of special education

Love the quote, so true! Thanks for the little bit of advice and insight on an otherwise bleak and dreary day. Hope you are all doing well.

In a half awake and half asleep state a while ago, I was thinking about the purpose of life. The answer: SERVICE. Really, all we do from what we eat to the education we get is to help us serve others. I could go on!
Thanks for this quote. It supports how important service is.
