I can't remember the last time J went with us for our whole vacation...We usually leave early and then he catches up with us along the way. So, this trip was an extra treat!
As I mentioned on facebook...we had a flat less than 20 miles into our trip! well, I guess this wouldn't be considered a flat!
J's bike is on the spare! oops! Elijah will take care of that for us! HA!!
And we didn't even time it! Oops. we found out we didn't have the star wrench though! J was working right up to the hour we left...so the kids did all that packing! They were awesome..but did forget a few things. ;)

Back on the road.. We went straight to Les Schwab...and while waiting to fix the tire, we reorganized the trailer...lightened the load a bit...in hopes this would not happen again! Fortunately, no other problems!
J let me shop at the outlet mall out of troutdale, which was awesome.
and then we decided to hike up Multanomah Falls.
It's a little over a mile to the top. So, a nice hike. The kids and I did it a few years ago..so we were eager to take J.
The landing on the top.
I actually got E to smile! amazing. He's been only doing the serious shot lately.
We gained quite a bit of elevation in that mile. cool rock wall...
back at the bottom. Great hike for anyone traveling through!
We didn't leave Multanomah Falls until 7. We obviously weren't going to make it to Caldwell that night....but we traveled til late, and then slept at a rest stop...I don't even remember which one.
We made it to Idaho the next morning. It was a good trip. I love having the motorhome and being able to stop and sleep when we need to, wherever we are at!
We did a few errands tues afternoon in Caldwell...and then that night we headed over to Wendy's to meet Kalli and Dylan....weeeee!
Here's Kalli with her dad. She is soo cute.

And here's Dylan's foot...as big as J's big toe! ;)
I had a great time swapping babies. They are both adorable and were super sweet. I didn't get many photos..cause I was busy! :)
Here's big girl Ashlyn...
And, the Big girl Megan! :)
Wednesday after more errands, we went to Pickle Butte to get some riding in. Earlier in the day we set the kids up with more gear...E got 2 shirts and pants, Kaleb got a new shirt and Kas got some pink pants...and can use E's other shirt. So they were all decked out to ride. My kids are pretty conservative riders...but I am also grateful they see the value in wearing their gear.
Since E fixed up the other TW for himself Kas inherited his old bike. We weren't sure how she was going to like it or even be interested, but she was, and did very well! :)
Here's J giving her pointers!
